He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Hiskey and Evelyn Hiskey of Mission. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hiskey; his daughters, Laurie Colman of Norcross, Georgia and Linda Parrish of New Port Richey, Florida; his stepdaughters, Debbie Gallagher of Dresher and Tina Strong of Bradenton, Florida.; his grandchildren, Norma Renteria, Austin Zitch, Ryan Kulak, Mike Zitch, Regan Gallagher, Jami McKibbon and Jimmy Gallagher; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Evelyn, Sophia, Autumn, Quinn, Brooke, Patrick and Paige.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Brandon Elks Lodge #2383 (800 Centennial Lodge Dr, Brandon, FL 33510).
