We bid farewell to Allen Roy Vanderboegh of Sarasota, Florida, born in South Haven, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 11, 2024 at the age of 86. Allen Roy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Allen Roy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Allen Roy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Vanderboegh and Lotty Vanderboegh (Rusin). He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Andrew Vanderboegh (Micki) of Grand Rapids, MI and Sally Vanderboegh of Michigan City, IN; his grandchildren, Ida, Ethan and Will; and his brother Birney Vanderboegh (Irma) of St. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
