It is with great sadness that we announce the death of RoseMary Combs Withers of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Brown Combs and John Alexander Combs of Whitesville, WV.; her husband Bobby Jo "Bob"; and her siblings, Emily Ann Nichols, Reatha Gross, Jimmy Combs and Douglas Combs.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Tammy) and Mike (Kim); her grandchildren, Amanda (Scott) and Seth (Molly); her great grandchildren, Franklin and James; and her niece Nancy.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to made to Tunnel to Towers or a local Animal Shelter in her memory.
