She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Delacey and Lloyd Charles Hilton; her husband Fred E. Tolbert Jr.; her brother Lloyd Charles Hilton Jr.; and her nephew Lloyd Charles Hilton III.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lela Hilton; her children, Theresa L. Tolbert (Joe Strouse Jr.), Tami Tolbert and Fred E. Tolbert III (Joy Hardy); her grandchildren, Jett Tolbert (Marah Baltzell), Skye Tolbert and Saylor Tolbert; her nieces, Julie Katherine Hilton and Denise Tolbert McKamey; and her nephew John Tolbert.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home (161 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Patricia's name be made to a local animal rescue organization such as PAWS, SOCKS, or Alaqua Animal Refuge.
