He is survived by: his mother Marjean Spivey; his spouse Michele Bailey (Hughey); his sons, Cole Tanner Bailey, Brett Tucker Bailey and Joseph Tate Bailey; his brother Todd Bailey; his sister-in-law Denise Bailey; his nephew Tyler Bailey (Allex Bailey); his niece Amanda Bailey; his parents-in-law, Annette Clemens and Bob Clemens; his uncle Paul; his aunt Donna Erickson; and also, Mandy, Duke and Fox.
In lieu of flowers to honor Scott, the family is requesting to fund the BAILEY BRIGADE so they can begin to help others through the year 2022.
