She is survived by: her son David Richard Shortridge II; her wife Midori of Covina; her daughter Penelope S. Evans (David); and her siblings, William LeMaster of Kentucky, Telia Stinnett of Kentucky and Joyce LeMaster of Kentucky. She is also survived by her father and mother.
