She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlon Blaylack and Barbara Corneille Blaylack; her husband Allyn D. Kemp; and her sister Billie G. Myers. She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Kemp (Diana), Paul O. Kemp (Makerita), David G. Kemp (Chad Roussell) of Atlanta, Georgia, Judy A. Wogan (Richard) and Phyllis Hill (Dickie) of Texas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
