He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Incaudo and Donna Incaudo. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Incaudo; his children, Daniel, Alexandra (Peter Sorenson) and Zachary; his siblings, AnnMarie Clark (Paul), Charles Incaudo and Bob; and his sister-in-law Janet Choutka. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dan's Memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
