It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance J. Hammarstrom (Santa Rosa Beach, Florida), born in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 17, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Richard Warner; and her brothers, Richard W. and Robert D. Warner. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Warner (MacDonald); her son Peter J. Hammarstrom of East Longmeadow; her siblings, Karen Boyce and Mark Warner of East Longmeadow; and her former husband Peter A. Hammarstrom of Wilbraham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
