He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Baklarz (Schubert) and Ben Baklarz; his former wife Joanne (Klein); and his brothers, Ben, Leonard, Conrad, Ralph and Ron.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Diane Grossman (Bill) and Laura Carver (late Rich); his stepson Jason Diblasio; and his grandchildren, John Van Lenten, Jennifer Chapman (Van Lenten) and Brian Smouse. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
