He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea Elaine Agnew; and his siblings, Richard M. Agnew and Catherine Rita Slavens. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Elaine Dennis (Roy), Maureen Frances Kalenich (Nicholas), Charles Richard Agnew (Ellen), Catherine Ann Agnew (Ralph Gaudiuso) and John Kennedy Agnew (Katheryn); and his grandchildren, Jakob Dennis, Brian Cullen Beavers (Devis), Spencer Agnew, Pierce X. Agnew, Annabelle P. Agnew, Gage K. Agnew, Magdelene M. Agnew, Holt I. Agnew and Rea Jeanne Agnew.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Charlie's name to Emerald Coast Hospice, 200 Grand Boulevard.
