She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bokar and Helen Bokar; and her siblings, Frank Bokar (Judy), Louis Bokar (Virginia) and Dolores Kocjancic (Richard).

She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Richard, Jr. (Lisa), Kristin (Thomas) and Michael (Julie); and her grandchildren, John Paul, Kate, Thomas, Lauren, Grace, Elisabeth and Noah.
