Chapman; her son-in-law Richard D. Fowlkes; her son Mark S. Chapman; her sister Jane A. Scholtes (William); her nieces, Mimi S. Gregory (Mike) and Susan S. Peters (Craig); her great-nephews, John B. Peters and Chad M. Gregory; and her great-niece Caroline J. Peters.
In lieu of flowers, Carol's family requests that any memorials be made to a local animal rescue or shelter of the donor's choice, as she had an unwavering passion for her beloved dogs.
