He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Hudson Cook and Cora Myrtice Smith Cook. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cook; and his siblings, Ty Jackson Stokes of Atlanta, Guy Jackson Stokes of Atlanta, Shirley Sheppard of Austell and Chrisanne Arnsdorff of Pawleys Island.
