She was predeceased by: her parents, Eber Thetus Pettigrew and Vestal Lettie Rodgers Pettigrew; her husband James Alvis Patrick, Jr. (Pat); her son James Alvis "Pat" Patrick, III; and her siblings, Laverne Pettigrew, Jerald Pettigrew, James E. Pettigrew (Pete), Vonda Ruth Pettigrew Russell (Pat), Kathryn Pettigrew Heinz, Iona Jean Pettigrew Morris (Jean) and Mina Lou Pettigrew Vise (Ludy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Ann Patrick (Jude) of Ocean View, Barbara Patrick Boockholdt (Keith) and Linda Patrick Fassnacht (Tom) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; her daughter-in-law Kathy Lindsey Patrick; her grandchildren, Marla Riddle Monge (Felipe), Joe Riddle (Kelly), Jamie Patrick Hinkle, Steven Boockholdt (Tara), Stephanie Fassnacht Didsbury (Andy), Bobbie Patrick Spencer (Eric), Tracy Boockholdt, Rosella Fassnacht (Tim) of Washington and Abigail Fassnacht; her brother Albert Pettigrew (Ann); and her sister-in-law Rosemary Patrick Landreth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
