We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Bettie Elizabeth Milligan of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, born in Phenix City, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie E. Impson Peoples; her brothers, Eddie D. Peoples and Danny E. Peoples; and her son David Milligan. She is survived by: her sisters, Violet Buice and Glenda Capps; and her children, Jimmy, Michael Milligan and Rhonda Chambley. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
