He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassandra A. Mullins and Madge Marie Mullins; and his former wife Mary Evelyn Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Mullins of Seagrove Beach; his stepdaughter Sarah Smith; his granddaughter Bronte; his daughter Lee Michelle Lewis; his grandchildren, Hess, Cleo Rash of Porter and Carlee Lewis; and his brothers, Bill of Greensboro, NC and Robert of Hollywood, FL. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters' in law.
