He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Will Cameron and Jemima Cameron. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cameron; his siblings, Marjorie, Irene, Lorna, Valerie and Stewart; his sons, Gordon, David, Jon and Joel; and his granddaughters, Ali, Brianna, Ashley, Lexi, Sarah and Isabelle.

Donations in Lewis' name can be made to the Dementia Society of America or to Hope Hospice.
