He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Allen of Sanibel, FL; his children, Leandra Harris of Leonardtown, MD, Jayme Allen (Mike Ferkowicz) of Pittsboro, IN and Chloe Allen of Vancouver, WA; his brother David Allen of Salem, IN; and his grandchildren, Karson, Kobe, Maya and Aaron.
