It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Ray Mitchem (Sanford, Florida), born in Falls Mills, Virginia, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Mitchem and Stella Mitchem Cooper; and his stepfather Norde Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his sons, Timothy and Brian; his grandchildren, Payton, Mason, Noah and Skilyn; his sister Joann Dillon; and his friends, Racing, Motorcycles and Fishing.
