Sue Ann Block Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sue Ann Block (Sanford, Florida), born in Columbus, Ohio. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Sue Ann Block to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Bussard and James Bussard; her former husband Duane Goembel; and her husband Lloyd Block. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Goembel-Rodriguez (Thomas) and Duane Goembel, Jr. (Regina Barrett); her grandchildren, Colton Goembel, Cristen Goembel, Caitlyn Goembel, Whitley Humphries and Samantha Barrett-Bingham; her great grandchildren, Brynleigh Goembel, Rylan Armstrong and Emerson Humphries; and her siblings, Steve Bussard, Edith Hardesty (Jerry), Eddie Bussard (Jackie) and Jimmy Bussard (Allison).

In her honor, the family suggests donations to either Vitas Hospice (select "Central Florida" to direct the contribution to the location that provided compassionate care to Sue during her final days) or to the Alzheimer's Association. Links to both can be found under "Donations" at the bottom of this page.
