He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Shulek of Smithfield, John Shulek, Jr. of California, Richard Shulek (Nancy) of Masontown, James Shulek of Smithfield and Betty Fike of California; and his brother-in-law Frank Marolt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
