He is survived by: his children, Tom Higgins (Denise) and Melissa Dillard (Greg); his sister Catherine Trenet (Bernie); his grandchildren, Derrick Dillard, Trey Dillard, Delaney Higgins and Jack Higgins; his nephew Bernie Trenet, Jr.; and his nieces, Bernadette Ortiz, Kim Csizmar, Tracey Cavanagh, Denise Lambert, Shandel Flannery, Kayla Flannery and Faith Flannery.
