He is survived by: his friend Janet Rae Lemansky (Puscian); his children, Nikki Fabrycki (Richie), Ben Lemansky, Crystal Haynesworth (Turk), Taylor Workman (Ashley), Braden, Patten, Bruno Fabrycki, Elijah Lemansky, Veronika, Jazmine and Madison Haynesworth; his siblings, Tim Davis, Chuck Shimshock, Elaine Edenfield and Jean Shuman; his nieces and nephews, Mark, Marcy, Scott, Amy, Jill, Cindy and Robyn of Danny, CJ; his godson Christopher Uphold; his aunts, Judy Lemansky and Angie Lemansky; his close friends, Vic Benco and Darcy; and his caregivers, Chris Elliott, Garrett Phillips and MacKenzie Earlywine.
