He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde R. Galbreath and E. Irene Burt (Payne); his brother James M. Galbreath; and his great grandchild Donovan Smith. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jane Galbreath (Smith); and his children, Sheryl Silvis (late Merle), Karen Anderson (David), Kathy Niemeyer (Karl), Brenda Cook (Richard) and Richard A. Galbreath (Cindy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
