He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Cheatham Holt and James E. Holt. He is survived by: his brothers, William Edward Holt, John Arthur Holt and Louis A. Holt; his wife Ruth Louise Keck Holt; his children, Joise Ann Holt, Suzanne Roether (Mark), Richard Holt (Leighann), David Holt (Debbie) and John Holt (Amanda); and his grandchildren, John Roether, Jackie Dlugolecki, Christopher Holt, Jenna Stankovics, Jillian Dykes, Samantha Holt, Jessica Holt and Caroline Holt. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeGusipe Funeral Home (905 Laurel Ave, Sanford, FL 32771). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the All Souls Catholic Church (3280 W 1st St, Sanford, FL 32771). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the All Souls Catholic Cemetery W. 25th.
