He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck and Beverly of Brockway; and his son James. He is survived by: his former wife Eleanor; his children, Francis Charles "Chuck" of Oviedo, FL, Michael "Mike" of Sacramento, CA, Jeffery "Jeff" [Courtney] of Bradenton, FL and Kelly [Grant] Grieneisen Tillotson of Oviedo, FL; his grandchildren, Devin [Lisa] Smith, Evan Tillotson, Valentino Grieneisen and Hailey Tillotson; his great grandchildren, Marshall and Ashton Smith; and his brother Francis "Bud" [Jean] of Brockway.
