Matthew John Polchinski, 35 of Longwood, FL was born on November 4, 1983 in Hollywood, FL. When his sudden and tragic death occurred on April 28, 2019 in Sanford, FL he was happy and enjoying life spending time with family and friends. His favorite hobby was gaming while his career was in construction.
