He was predeceased by: his parents, Freda Robinson Cannon and James Roscoe Cannon; his brother Corey Jay Cannon; and his grandson James Cannon. He is survived by: his children, Melessia Cannon and James B. Cannon; his grandchildren, Jazmyne Covert, Cindy Taylor, Brittany Cannon, Kaitlyn Meyers and Lillybelle Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Emma Lou Wommack and Ezra Taylor. He is also survived by his many cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and extended family.
