She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Bowen and Dorothy "Dottie" Bowen (Wilson); her husband John Sanzone (Johnny); her brother Robert Bowen (Bobby); and her son John (Johnny Boy).

She is survived by: her son Robert (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Maria (Ree); her grandsons, Alec (Roxanne), Derek (Roselie) and Devin (Jessica); her great grandchild Jovanni; her sisters, Deborah Brady (Jeff) and Linda Graser; her nieces and nephews, Lisa Wotring (Mark), Leonard Graser (Nicole Mortimer), Genee Dongarra (Craig) and Lea Negliari (Daniel); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Max, Luke Wotring, Charlotte Brady (Charley) and Audrey Dongarra.
