He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughter Jodi La Vineand (Daniel); his grandchildren, Danielle and Josh (Joy); his great grandchildren, Dianna, Cody, Julian and Karrie Ronk (Bret); and also, Mathew and Nicholas. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
