He is survived by: his son Joaquin "Jack" Perez (Alice Perez); his grandchildren, Elba Fonseca (Pablo Fonseca), Joshua J Perez, Jacquelynn Y Perez and Pablo D Fonseca (Elimary Fonseca); his great grandchildren, Christopher J. Fonseca and Nathan A. Fonseca; and his siblings, Sylvia De Pedro (Jose De Pedro) and Enrique Pagan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
