He was predeceased by: his sister April Lee-Ann Highsmith (late Jackie). He is survived by: his wife Tracy Kay; his brothers, Ben (Tabitha), Vern (Ramona) and Lance; his daughter Jessica Garner (Earle); his stepsons, Trent Belikoff and Joshua Griffin; his nephew Chris; his granddaughters, Annabelle and Ensley; and his goddaughter Zalea.
In lieu of flowers the family would welcome donations to the American Heart Association. (heart.org) A Celebration of Guy's Life will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Collison-Gramkow Funeral Home.
