He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter F. (Lillian Wilson Wendel) and NJ; his brothers, Fred, Joe and Frank; and his wife Charlotte Wright Kastenbein.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Wendel-Rush (Rich) of Jefferson, PA and Bernie of Waterford, MI; his grandchildren, Alex Rush of Waynesburg, PA, Reagan Rush Bowlen (Billy) of Greensburg, PA, Lucas and Jessica Wendel of Waterford, MI; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Bowlen. He is also survived by 4 nephews.
