He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Estelle and Roxie Estelle; his former wife Ava (Myers); and his son-in-law John Sheffield. He is survived by: his former wife Nora; and his children, Phil (Linda), Dave (Linda), Steve (Betsy), Becky Sheffield West, John Mark (Christy) and Mary Lou Martin (John). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
