It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Griffin of Sanford, Florida, born in Fort Meade, Florida, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Massey and Sara I. Massey (Keen); her former husband Clinton W. Stokes; her husband Rexford Hugh Griffin; her son Lewis Stokes; and her siblings, Zona Norris, Bob Massey and Buford Massey.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hare (John) of Lake Wales, FL, Sherry Kitner (Blair) of Sanford, FL, Joe Stokes of Lake Wales, FL and Dennis Stokes of Chipley, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
