He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Hoover, Pamela Rutherford and Teri Hoover; his grandchildren, Savannah Rutherford, Skylar Lodes and Brody Rutherford; his great grandchild Nicolas Rutherford; and his brother Martin "Marty" Amen.
