He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lyter and Margaret Pecht Lyter; his wife Virgie Lyter; his son Michael Moser; and his siblings, Morris, Earl Lyter and Jean Lyter.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Moser of Jacksonville, FL and Timothy Lyter (Patricia) of Jacksonville, FL; his sisters, Grace Wieder of Elmira, NY and Audrey Ritter of Hersey, PA; his granddaughter Brittney Lyter; and his great grandchildren, Londyn and Zailyn.
