He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ann Mattox of Sanderson, FL; his daughter Kimberly Jean Edwards; his stepdaughters, Tammy Crews of Sanderson, FL and Angela Gainey of Macclenny, FL; and his siblings, Dread William Mattox of Macclenny, FL, James Mattox (Millet) of Lake City, FL, Earl Mattox (Faye) of Baker County, FL and Pamela Dinkins (Dallas) of Crestview, FL.
