He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Sr. Combs and Ruby Davis Combs; and his sisters, Martha Staier Pringle of Sanderson and Mattie Norman of Sanderson. He is survived by: his significant other Eileen Callaway of Sanderson; his children, Caprice Johns of Panama City, Becky Nettles (Tommy) of Lake Butler and Greg Callaway (Tonya) of Sanderson; his grandchildren, Taylor Bennett (Braddick) of Lake Butler, Zack Nettles (Jessica) of Lake Butler, Cory Johns of Ohio, Brandie Callaway of Sanderson and Brody Nettles of Lake Butler; and his sisters, Mary Tarte of Sanderson and Norma Jean Howard of Tallahassee. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
