He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E. Baker and Gladys Lee Gill Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sue Baker; his children, Sherry Surrency (Chris), Kimberley Howard (James) and David Baker (Tammy); his stepson Arnold Miller, Jr.; his siblings, Shelia McKee (Tom) and Leonard Baker Jr. (Peggie); his grandchildren, Dewayne, Alex, Elizabeth, Angel, Tyson, Reese, Seth, Christian and Eli; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Keith, Henry, Jaxson, Peyton and Killian. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida in his memory.
