He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Evans and Agnes Conklin; and his brother Floyd Evans. He is survived by: his children, David Wade Evans and Laci Miller (Cleveland); his grandchildren, Layla, Mattie, Abby Evans, Bailee and Patrick Conti; and his siblings, James Evans, Ray Conklin and Nancy Barnett.
