He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy McTaggart; his parents, Clifford McTaggart and Cora McTaggart; and his siblings, Bernice "Bunny" Kotarski, Ronald McTaggart and David McTaggart.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Scheer, Debra Manderville (David Blair) and David McTaggart (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Christopher McTaggart, Stephen McTaggart, Keaton McTaggart, Carrigan McTaggart, Destin Manderville, Shelby Scheer, Drew Scheer, Gracie Jordan and Eli Jordan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 until the time of services at 2:00 P.M.
