He is survived by: his wife Kim McMahon; his children, Alissa Moore of San Mateo, Jacob McMahon of San Mateo and Chloe McMahon of San Mateo; his parents, Butch McMahon (Cindy) of Interlachen and Teresa McMahon of San Mateo; and his siblings, Justin Hernandez of San Mateo, Julie Hammond of Portland, AR, Shannon Thomas (Daniel) of Flagler Estates, Michael Schafer of Jacksonville, Nick McMahon (Jodi Weaver) of Palatka, Jarret Clemons (Hannah Alexander) of Palatka, Tyler Clemons, Allie Reece of Middleburg, Joyce and John Hendricks of San Mateo.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
