Tomlinson of San Mateo, Florida, born in Palatka, Florida, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Stewart and Bertie Stewart; her husbands, Paul Howell and Kenneth Tomlinson; her daughter Judy Wanda Graham; and her siblings, Curtis Stewart, Lonnie Stewart, Otis Stewart, Wilbur Stewart, Earline Wells, Hazel Stewart, Lessie Mae Beck and Dorothy Bryant.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie (Cindy Howell), Roy (Marie Howell) and Janette; her son-in-law Richard Rector of Jacksonville; and her sister Frankie "Aunt Tunker" Blackwelder of San Mateo. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
