She is survived by: her husband Billy Graham of San Mateo; her children, Jesse Conner of Jacksonville and Stacy Conner of Satsuma; her stepdaughter Ashley Stidham (Harley) of St. Augustine; her mother Lois Tomilson (Howell) of San Mateo; her siblings, Roy Howell (Deborah), Ronnie Howell (Cynthia) and Janett Rector (Richard) of Jacksonville; and her close friend Teuila Bozeman of Altamonte Springs. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
