We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2018, at the age of 83, Joseph O'Hern (San Mateo, Florida), born in Monongahela, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Augustus O'Hern and Louise Domineck O'Hern; and his siblings, Mary Delestene, Josephine Douglas, Rita O'Hern, Martin O'Hern and William O'Hern.

He is survived by: his children, Danette Dieter-Evey of Satsuma, Josette Riley (Thomas) of Fallsington, PA and Regina Robinson of Levittown, PA; his sister Emma Viscuso (Anthony) of Charleori, PA; his grandchildren, Mark Panke, Patrick Riley, Shawn Riley, Kaitlynn Riley, Brittney Riley, Shannon Riley, Kylie Riley, Erin Jerardi (Brian), Joseph Dieter (Caylin) and Levi Evey; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Jerardi and Evangeline Evey.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177.
