He is survived by: his children, Kevin Murdaugh (Pat), Sandra Rials, Lisa Gordon (Gil) and JoAnn Van Dyke; and his sister Elizabeth VanKirk (Lauren). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
