He was predeceased by: his parents, George Irving and Mary Ellen Irving. He is survived by: his wife Joan Irving of San Mateo; his children, George Irving, Jr. of Binghamton, NY, John Francis Irving of Binghamton, NY, Laura Slattery of St. Augustine and Lisa Herson of St. Augustine; his brother-in-law Denis McKevitt of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, William Prather, Ashley Irving, Jordan Herson, Alex Irving and Jasmine Slattery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
