He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Walston and Mary Walston; and his sister Patricia Ann Drown. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Walston of San Mateo; his son Carl Frank of Cross Keys, NJ; his children-in-law, Kelly Walston of Cross Keys, NJ and Jenine Outland; his sister Ursula Nelson of Cherry Hill, NJ; and also, David Outland of Carrollton, VA and Barbara Lynn Rosevelt of Cross Keys, NJ. He is also survived by four granddaughters; and six great grandchildren.
